Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Lion Kenya, we aim to provide high-quality electronics and accessories as an official reseller of Green Lion products. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Returns are only accepted for products bought directly from Green Lion Kenya.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless factory defects are found)
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted products marked “Final Sale”
  • Products with signs of misuse or unauthorized repairs

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will inspect and verify the issue.
  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Please note: Manufacturer defects are subject to the Green Lion warranty terms.

4. Warranty Claims

Green Lion products typically come with a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunctions not caused by misuse or physical damage

To claim warranty service, contact us with your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the issue.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect items delivered

Contact us within 48 hours to arrange an exchange.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or delivery error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
