Green Lion Kenya is committed to ensuring fast and reliable delivery of all orders placed through our store.

We currently deliver within Kenya only.

Delivery Timelines

• Same-day delivery within Nairobi
• Up to 3 business days for locations outside Nairobi

Shipping Fee
We charge a flat delivery rate of KES 500 for all orders, regardless of location.

Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered via trusted courier partners. Customers in Nairobi may also opt for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

Order Processing
Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation and delivery updates via SMS or phone call.

In-store Pickup
Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our store at Kai Plaza, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work quickly to resolve any issues with our courier partners.
